Sella & Mosca Dimonios - Cannonau di Sardegna DOC

CHARACTERISTICS - Bright ruby but never too deep. On the nose it combines scents of the Mediterranean scrub such as spices, red fruits and wild flowers. On the palate it is creamy and enveloping, rich in nuances. The finish is warm and spicy.

COMPOSITION - Made from pure Cannonau grapes. It is fermented through a long maceration on the skins and aged in large Slavonian oak barrels which give it a strong and territorial character.

PAIRINGS - It goes particularly well with classic first courses such as lasagne and pasta, second courses such as roast or stewed meat and mature cheeses.

TERRITORY - Cannonau is harvested in the south-western area of the island. Characterized by soils rich in minerals and winds that blow inland, which give the wine its distinctive character.

SELLA & MOSCA - One of the most established wineries in Sardinia. Part of the Terra Moretti group since 2016, it continues a project that honors the land that hosts it, welcoming thousands of visitors to its estates every year.
