BONACOSTA | Valpolicella Classico, defined by Hemingway as “cordial as the home of a brother with whom one gets along well”, is proposed here as an example of elegance made of simplicity and freshness.

GRAPES | The Verona area boasts an extraordinary heritage rich in grape varieties. Over time, three of these have played an important role in the production of Valpolicella wines: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara.

TASTING NOTES | Appearance, medium intensity cherry red. Nose, intense with hints of ripe cherry. Palate, fresh and acidic, with soft and silky tannins. Dominant cherry, notes of vanilla.

PAIRING | Typical all-meal wine: excellent with soups, pasta and risotto. It enhances both simple and important dishes based on red meat and medium-aged cheeses.
