PRODUCTION AREA: Central Tuscany ALCOHOL: 13.50% vol

HARVEST : September - October

VINIFICATION : fermentation on the skins for 12 days in steel at a controlled temperature, using pumping over and delestage.

AGING : 24 months in steel and wood. Aged in bottle.

TASTING NOTES : Deep, intense ruby red. Hints of ripe red fruit, vanilla, tobacco. Elegant, full-bodied, pleasant tannins that accompany a long, spicy finish.
