Ciesco Rosso Aglianico IGT Telaro di Roccamonfina owes everything to the volcanic soil from which the roots draw nourishment. The company is located in a geographical position that favors the creation of particular microclimates, the vineyard area faces the Gulf of Gaeta and precisely in the hilly area that borders the Roccamonfina volcano, the soil is therefore rich in rocks of magmatic origin capable of giving the product a marked minerality.
CHARACTERISTICS
Ciesco Rosso Aglianico IGT Telaro has a ruby red color with purple reflections, intense aroma with a fairly long finish where hints of plum, blackberry and undergrowth can be perceived; the taste is warm, soft, savoury and balanced.
COMBINATIONS
Ciesco Rosso Aglianico IGT Telaro pairs well with first courses seasoned with tasty sauces, and prefers grilled red meats and stewed game.
